Chevon or goat meat or is in demand due to its low fat and cholesterol. Technologies are used for the processing of quality goat products and prolonging its shelf life.
Chevon food products such as pinapaitan, sinampalukan, chevon bulgogi, and sisig are packed in retortable stand up pouches, processed through water retort. Retort pouches are convenient for consumers since it is lightweight and easy to open.
