The Universal Structural Health Evaluation and Recording (USHER) System is a 24/7 economical and hassle-free system that provides advanced decision support tools to building managers and offi cials of local government units for structural health monitoring and management. The USHER System is a weather and theft-proof system that remotely monitors the structural health of bridges and buildings, enabling offi cials to determine whether the structures need repairs or upgrades to withstand natural disasters.

The system also enables stakeholders to comply with the codes set in the National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP) and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public Works and Highways’ (DPWH) Implementing Rules and Regulation on Earthquake Recording Instruments.
