One may ask, “Why is there a need to measure the moisture content in coffee beans?” Known to few, the moisture content affects the quality of coffee and determines the right process for drying and roasting in order to maintain the quality expected to farmers and producers.

The Coffee Moisture Meter featured is an improved moisture meter that is non-destructive, inexpensive, simple, yet provides accurate results in determining the moisture content of coffee beans.
